The worst Nando's restaurant I've ever visited!
The butterfly chicken we ordered came so late, I believe they had forgotten the order, as the rest of the mains were already served. It came after, God knows how long... (and not even a "sorry" from them). It looked good and nice from the appearance, but the moment you cut into it, you realized the chicken wasn't cooked properly, as there were raw bits.
We ordered the fried cheese in cubes, or whatever you call it... It came and tasted so, so bitter, with an aftertaste! Or did it taste like *ikan kering*?? I don't know... But I ordered cheese! Amusing, much!
We ordered the chicken wings and drumlets, and some parts of them weren't cooked properly either!
I really do not know what the staff and managers are doing, not looking at the quality of food they are serving... Not even us complaining about the food, another table - a Chinese couple - also brought back their food and complained!
Never ever again to this Terbau City Nando's.

We weren't very hungry, so we didn't order much. We thought it would be enough, but the portions were quite small. This is really standard for Nando's. Even in Singapore, the portions were small too.
But I did enjoy the grilled chicken. Service could be better, though.

I'm returning to this food chain after about 10 years, having had a bad experience previously.
I decided to give it a second chance, along with my family.
I quite like the interior setting.
We were greeted by a friendly waitress and escorted to our table. She gave us a brief introduction on how to order.
After scanning the QR code, we made our selections, and you can pay online or at the counter.
Based on my experience in South Africa, the 1/4 chicken served locally could be improved in terms of taste and texture. The mushroom soup was watery, and the chicken burger was a little dry. The spicy rice was good, but the Mediterranean rice was bland. I'd rate the Mango Fresca and Sparkle Apple five stars; they quenched our thirst.
Overall, the food quality needs improvement.
