Wanted to get some sense cup during the sale however they were not well stocked. Went during a weekday afternoon. Most of the 400+ml cups are not available. Charged me for engraving service and I wasn't informed. Only found out after receiving receipt on email. Bad service.

Came to Montigo on 30 Apr 25, yr staff, Mr Hamizan, he was patient and helpful with me cos I was asking questions about the different type of bottles, finally chosen one and bought an extra cap, thanks.

I intended to make a bottle purchase here and I was asking one of the sales associates a few questions starting with "Can I...". As I walked pass another sales associate, he said "cannot". This ruined the shopping experience for me.

Staff so freindly, montigo kiosk should upgrade to shop! Love to go montigo due to alot variety of bottle…so colorful!
