Outright refusal of the optometrist to fit you with the lenses before picking a frame. Poor sales experience, led me to walk out of there and decide to go elsewhere.

To the kind Chinese girl in suit and skirt I met at around 3pm today, I want to say thank you very much for being so kind and patient and gentle. I was having a panic attack and I needed somewhere to sit down. I was only pretending to change my specks frame but I needed somewhere to distract my mind.
Although initially my motive was to just sit and calm down initially, but I did end up buying a new frame for my specks.

I've heard that MOG is a well-established brand, which is why I chose this particular store among so many eyewear shops. However, I had a very unpleasant experience.
I only came here to get my lenses replaced. The staff told me it would be ready in an hour, and they would call or WhatsApp me when it was done. After waiting for more than an hour with no updates, I decided to go directly to the store. When I arrived, I saw five staff members sitting around doing nothing, and my glasses were just left in a basket. When I asked them why they didn't contact me, they didn't even bother to give me an answer.

I came across MOG when a friend brought me to your shop to buy his contacts lenses, I am impressed with the attention given and since I also had some visions incompatibility, I decided to approach your service staff to did a complete check for me. This is a wonderful experience that I have not often came across from other optical shops be it in Singapore or elsewhere. I am fully convinced with the professionalism and excellence services your service staff given so I decided to do a screen and follow up with a pair of new spectacle. When I collected my new pair and I am delighted that my vision problems with my old pair had completely eliminated. I am grateful and fortunate that your staff had did a wonderful jobs to service me, you are so lucky that you have such a wonderful and professional staff to help you in your business, I and my associates will certainly visit your shop again in the future should we need to do a vision assessment and obtaining new pair of glasses.
