"To the kind Chinese girl in the suit and skirt I met around 3pm today, I want to say thank you very much for being so kind, patient, and gentle. I was having a panic attack and needed somewhere to sit down. I was pretending to change my glasses frame, but I really just needed somewhere to distract myself.
Although my initial motive was just to sit and calm down, I did end up buying a new frame for my glasses.

I had heard that MOG is a well-established brand, which is why I chose this particular store from among so many eyewear shops. However, I had a very unpleasant experience.
I only came in to get my lenses replaced. The staff told me they would be ready in an hour and that they would call or WhatsApp me when they were done. After waiting for more than an hour with no update, I decided to go to the store. When I arrived, I saw five staff members sitting around doing nothing, and my glasses were just sitting in a basket. When I asked why they hadn't contacted me, they didn't even bother to answer.

I came across MOG when a friend brought me to your shop to buy his contact lenses. I was impressed with the attention given, and since I also had some vision issues, I decided to ask your service staff to do a complete check for me. This was a wonderful experience, something I haven't often encountered in other optical shops, either in Singapore or elsewhere. I am fully convinced of the professionalism and excellent service your staff provided, so I decided to get a screening and follow up with a new pair of spectacles. When I collected my new pair, I was delighted that my vision problems with my old pair had been completely eliminated. I am grateful and fortunate that your staff did a wonderful job servicing me. You are so lucky to have such wonderful and professional staff to help you in your business. My associates and I will certainly visit your shop again in the future should we need a vision assessment or a new pair of glasses.
