I had heard that MOG is a well-established brand, which is why I chose this particular store from among so many eyewear shops. However, I had a very unpleasant experience. I only came in to get my lenses replaced. The staff told me they would be ready in an hour and that they would call or WhatsApp me when they were done. After waiting for more than an hour with no update, I decided to go to the store. When I arrived, I saw five staff members sitting around doing nothing, and my glasses were just sitting in a basket. When I asked why they hadn't contacted me, they didn't even bother to answer.

"To the kind Chinese girl in the suit and skirt I met around 3pm today, I want to say thank you very much for being so kind, patient, and gentle. I was having a panic attack and needed somewhere to sit down. I was pretending to change my glasses frame, but I really just needed somewhere to distract myself. Although my initial motive was just to sit and calm down, I did end up buying a new frame for my glasses. Thank you for speaking to me so kindly. Thank you for being so patient.
