The sauces were really good, but the batter was not my favorite. Also, if the chicken meat was more flavourful, it would be nice. When we ate the chicken, we felt that only the batter part was sauced, and the chicken meat was a bit bland.

I ordered the 10pc chicken bites (soy garlic + shinhwa). It wasn't up to my expectations as they used chicken thigh meat which releases more juices when cooked - making the batter unable to stick well. Ended up w a soggy batter which slipped off and under-marinated meat The spiciness of the shinhwa is good and not too overbearing. The dining space is quite cramped. Also, the staff could be more welcoming, friendlier and service-oriented. Also take note they are soliciting reviews from customers for promotional discounts, thus a lot of 5-stars reviews here.

A Truly 5-Star Experience at KyoChon, AEON Tebrau I rarely leave reviews, but my recent dining experience at KyoChon AEON Tebrau deserves nothing less than a full 5 stars. From the moment I stepped in, I was warmly welcomed by the staff with genuine smiles and professional service. Their attentiveness throughout the meal made me feel truly valued as a customer. The food? Absolutely outstanding. Every piece of chicken was perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and bursting with flavour. The soy garlic wings were especially addictive, and the sides complemented the meal beautifully. You can tell that quality ingredients and care go into every dish. The environment was equally impressive—clean, cozy, and modern. The ambiance was calm and relaxing, making it a great place to enjoy a peaceful meal with loved ones. Overall, KyoChon at AEON Tebrau exceeded my expectations in every way. Great food, impeccable service, and a lovely setting—I will definitely return and recommend it to others without hesitation.

I want to express more than 5 ⭐️! Very good service & feel warm when the service crew treats us like friends. They did not show impatient when we asked for new plates for cake as we were celebrating birthday. It is impressive and lovely💕 Definitely a good dining place 👍

Different with other branch, this branch in Aeon is smaller and less ambience. More like having the meal in a food court with air-conditioning. Food are nice. Service can be more friendly.
