"RACIST SERVICE CREW! AWFUL SERVICE! The staff was not attentive. When we arrived and waited outside to be seated, no one came to assist us. A Malay male waiter even pretended not to see us. We saw him see us and he continued to stand at the counter. Only after I waved my hand to get his attention did he finally come over, but he had a lazy attitude. We asked for a table for two and even pointed at one, but instead of cleaning the available table with leftover dishes from the previous customers, he lazily told us to just sit at another clean table. Before we placed our order, he informed us that any combo with rice was unavailable because they had run out of rice. It was only 7 PM, which seemed strange, but I didn’t question it since he clearly stated that rice was out of stock. A Malay female waiter then took our order with a kind attitude. However, we later noticed that customers who arrived after us were being served rice! Like 2 or 3 bowls of rice for each table. Two tables of customers had rice, even though we had been told it was unavailable. We were very disappointed. However, one of the Malay female waiters kindly helped us pack our leftovers. At that time, there were only three staff members working, with only one male waiter. Since it was during the Buka Puasa period, the customers in the restaurant were all Malay. It really made us feel that the male waiter was discriminating against non-Muslim customers by refusing to let us order certain menu items and even lying to deceive us. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. When we went to pay, we deliberately asked the two female waiters whether they had rice. They both said yes. However, when we mentioned that their male colleague had told us there was no rice and that we couldn’t order any rice-based combos, they quickly changed their story to cover for him. They immediately claimed that there really was no rice and gave the excuse that the lorry had just arrived, so rice had only just become available. We felt very strange upon receiving the reason that “the lorry bringing rice” which is supposed to be cooked at the shop. We don't know the process, but we can't accept the reason given and were very disappointed. This was beyond ridiculous. The tables were not cleaned immediately after customers finished their meals. We saw almost all the tables were full of dirty dishes; it took them a long time to clean them. As a customer service team, staff should be kinder and always be attentive to serve customer needs and keep the restaurant clean. Anyway, I will not consider this shop again. Better to go to another branch!"

"Nothing like what we had in Korea... what a disappointment! 😩 The chicken was not well marinated, and the chicken skin was still pale beneath the coating. The only saving grace was the coating powder, which tasted like the original Korean version."
