Literally the WORST service I ever had, not to be fussy customer but I was standing infront of the counter and the staffs are doing thr drinks and without look at me even once. Treat customer transparent like AIR is the service u providing. Understand they could be busy but AT LEAST ask customer to wait a min, NOPE and just doing their things and the WORST thing is all of THEM do the same thing mean the management of the shop is the issue to educate their staff?

We had to wait for over 20 minutes with only 1 person ahead of us because they were occupied with fulfilling Grab orders. The place seemed disorganized with everyone just waiting endlessly. This will definitely be my first and last visit here!

This is the worse koi that I went before ! The female staff that service me give me a damn black face when she service me ! Second she help order wrong order ! Third when I when back to change my order , she is the one that make my order and she she doing the order she make a lot of loud noice ! If you don’t have the mood to work just take leave ! Please do something for this ! I hope this is the last time that I meet this kind of attitude in this store thank you !

the staff were rude to me and my friends this is our first time ordering drinks from koi and might be our last time she give us a very rude tone and rolls her eyes at my friend plus after our drink is done she threw the straw to the ground please take action i think she is racist because she treated the chinese man with a smile but when it's us she became very rude. even though theres a sign that says "we are muslims friendly" please i beg you to take action immediately.
