"Literally the WORST service I've ever had. I don't want to be a fussy customer, but I was standing right in front of the counter and the staff were making drinks without even looking at me once. Treating customers like they're invisible is the service you're providing. I understand they could be busy, but at least ask customers to wait a minute. Nope, they just kept doing their own thing. And the worst thing is, all of them did the same thing, which means the shop's management is the issue. Do they even educate their staff?"

We had to wait for over 20 minutes with only one person ahead of us because they were occupied with fulfilling Grab orders. The place seemed disorganized, with everyone just waiting endlessly. This will definitely be my first and last visit!

"The staff were rude to me and my friends. This was our first time ordering drinks from Koi, and it might be our last. She gave us a very rude tone and rolled her eyes at my friend. Plus, after our drinks were done, she threw the straw on the ground. Please take action. I think she may be racist because she treated the Chinese man with a smile, but when it was us, she became very rude, even though there's a sign that says "We are Muslim friendly."
