"Amazing service from Gordon! I came in for a quick purchase and ended up receiving a full tutorial from Gordon. He inquired about my skin conditions and shared samples that would help. The Black Friday sales, with 15% off regular-priced items, were also very worthwhile. I'll definitely return in the future if I'm looking for skincare products! 👍🏻"

"The service was bad from the start. When I walked in and asked for assistance, the girl, who I believe was a senior sales associate, told me immediately that she was busy with another customer. She should have apologized for the inconvenience and asked me to wait a moment. The store manager also didn't provide good service when answering a question. My previous experiences were better when served by a male associate. Overall, this is the first time I've had this experience."

Just dropped by Kiehl’s in Tebrau, and it was fantastic, as always! I’ve been a loyal customer since their first JB store opened at JBCC, and my latest visit to the Tebrau branch just reinforces why I continue to support this brand. The team there is amazing – no pushy sales tactics, just relaxed sharing with a lot of patience. They really understood my skin issues and recommended the perfect products. Also, I got to try their aging testing machine – super cool and fun! I totally recommend visiting Kiehl’s Tebrau!

This saleswoman only came out to serve women. And when a guy like me came in, looking at products for more than 5 minutes and wanting to buy, she didn't even bother to walk out from the cashier. I totally cannot accept this girl's service attitude. Serves you right that you didn't get my commission. Even when 1-2 women passed by, she didn't bother to serve me. I hope you forever do this ugly job, like your heart.
