Amazing service by Gordon! Came in for a quick purchase and ended up receiving a full tutorial by Gordon, enquired about my skin conditions and shared samples that would help with my skin. The Black Friday sales with 15% off regular priced items was also very worthwhile, definitely will return in future if I’m looking for any skincare products! 👍🏻

Bad service in the first place when i walked in to the store , i was asked for the assistant and the girl which is a senior sales associate replied me straight away she have a customer on hand now ,she supposed to replied me sorry for the inconvenience,could you please to wait for me awhile instead. And the store manager also not in a good service when encounter a customer questions.the last times was better to served by a male associate instead. Overall is the first time to have this experience.

Just dropped by Kiehl’s in Tebrau and it was fantastic, as always! I’ve been a loyal customer since their first JB store opened at JBCC, and my latest visit to Tebrau branch just reinforces why I continue to support this brand. The team there is amazing – no pushy sales, just relax sharing with a lot of patience. They really understood my skin issues and recommended the perfect products. Also, got to try their aging testing machine – super cool and fun! Totally recommend hitting up Kiehl’s Tebrau!

This sales woman only come out serve woman. And a guy come in like me see products for more than 5mins and wanna buy dont even bother to walk out from cashier. Totally cannot accept this girl service attitude. Serve u right cant get my commission. Have passby 1-2 woman also dn bother to serve me. Hope you forever do this ugly job like your heart
