During this Covid pandemic, almost all florists are closed. I had an urgent request for a wreath for my good friend's father's wake in Johor that will last only 3 days. Not having any contacts in Johor as I'm in Singapore, I finally found Jun in this shop through Google almost near midnight. She was very responsive even after midnight as it was an urgent request. She also helped me check the exact funeral place and called to verify. It really helped a lot when I don't know Johor that well. The flowers are beautifully arranged to accompany my friend's beloved dad on his last journey.

The delivery came on time and they looked exactly like they did on your website. 👍👍 I am honestly so impressed with this store as I only just ordered at like 4-5am in the morning and they delivered on the same day afterwards! The presentation of the bouquet reminds me of Europe and the customer service was great as well. But, most importantly, my mom was very pleased with the flowers. 😊 I hope this store stays the way it is ‘cause your services are seriously top notch!! 😊😊😊 Highly recommended!!!

Last minute order around 3pm and Jun very helpful to rush everything before 6pm to deliver. She’s the only florist that make sure the message is correct and also clearly point which flower is out of stock and suggest the replacement. A pleasant experience with Mazzo.
