The JB staff here are overly concerned with guessing sizes, and the staff member just looked at him that way, which was very rude! The female staff wear glasses in a way that makes them look like they are begging. Only God will repay their actions. Remember, the prayers of persecuted people will be answered. This is the first time I've bought something here. I usually buy online or at the Melaka outlet, where I'm a regular customer. At Jelly Bunny JB, I was shocked at how the staff behaved!

The staff isn't very friendly. They often have unpleasant expressions, and when customers ask about sizes or for help, they act like they don't want to be bothered. It's like customers came in wanting to buy, but then didn't want to anymore. Please improve this.

I was there on June 14th during a sale, but they didn't have my size. A Chinese lady overheard and, on her own initiative, found out that the Komtar outlet had stock. She offered to make a reservation for me, and I got my discounted, nice shoes on June 16th when I went to Komtar. I will definitely shop at Jelly Bunny again because of the great service I received at AEON. Thanks!
