Kind staff! Really affordable price and it's cheap for Singaporean too. They have something i want that i can't found it online. Will be my favorite sport store they got rugby equipment unlike the another one. It's so hard to find one but they got it!! With an affordable price also!! literally they got everything you need!? Also the boots!! So pretty..

Its 17th Dec 2024, we came around 9:30 p.m. which I'm also as a retailer knew that they already in the middle of closing session. Anyway, shout out to a guy idk what his name. But can describe as a handsome and neat one. So helpful and give the best customer service. He's the best. Next time will find him to assist us. Cheers !

Some of the staff area really doing a great job assisting the customers. I managed to scoop 1 pair (the most expensive) of shoes just recently. Thank you my dude, I’ll remember you for next time/purchases. Only you, and whoever working on the cashier section of course. However, some of the sales pic is just not doing a good job. Or perhaps does not have a proper training/experience or understanding on how important is their role for the company/store in general. They prefer mingling around talk among them, talk behind the customer and shows the unwillingness or attitudes when customer enquired for sizes and more info. Some of them really run/stays away to the section avoiding getting themselves in a busy (situation that m personally one might be thinking put them to do something) Please improve and look into this matter or else, it’s gonna be a ticking times for JD to be irrelevant around the hood.

Visit on last Saturday evening. One of the Malay girl who is part timer name Aishay (if not mistaken) , she was at shoes section. she is very helpful and patience. Keep it up! The guy who are the cashier, was not friendly, expressionless face. Maybe he is tired...

The store has this Malay girl who don't know customer service. Customer being polite yet she is showing this face "another window shop customer". If you don't like to attend to customer request, don't work in service industry. JD's collection of inventory & customer service is deteriorating. Even though I like the slippers, but I don't like your service. Leaving your store forever for Nike outlet @ Southkey.

Prices for footwear here are fairly cheap and reasonable. You will find generally the product may not be the latest one but u can get up to 60% discount from the original publish price. So worth checking out there especially if u are not a frequent sport person, thus not wearing your sportswear regularly or getting for your children. Children grown up very fast, so getting a branded shoe at a high discounted price is very likely here. Overall it is good deal. Syabas foe making available for the public

Service is terrible and even the guy said "sial" in front of us just because we ask them if they can clean the shoe we want to buy. The employee was a guy with a log hair and a little fat. but all i know from the start is he had no attitude. we ask very properly and he starting to talk harshly.

The staff are pretty rude when paying at cashier their were these two Malay girls they ask me for my post code I ask why you need it ? She reply in a very rude tone for customer service then she said something in Malay to her co worker then start laughing:( idk if their making funny me but my experience was not nice !
