Its 17th Dec 2024, we came around 9:30 p. M. Which I'm also as a retailer knew that they already in the middle of closing session. Anyway, shout out to a guy idk what his name. But can describe as a handsome and neat one. So helpful and give the best customer service. He's the best. Next time will find him to assist us. Cheers !

I went to JD at AEON Tebrau just to have a look around without planning to buy. The staff, Nabil, attended to me and gave such a detailed explanation about each pair of shoes. What really impressed me was how professional he was - not pushy at all, just genuinely explaining which shoes would be best for my needs. I usually walk long distances and often feel pain in my legs, so I was only surveying options. But Nabil's knowledge and friendly approach convinced me in a very natural way. Thanks to his great service, I found the right shoes for myself. Excellent customer service like this really makes a difference. Thank you, Nabil, for your patience and effort!
