"What a terrible sales lady. I requested a free Real Squeeze mask of my choice, but was told I should take the one she offered. Then, when I asked for a paper carry bag because I had just arrived at Aeon Tebrau and would be walking for two hours straight, she refused. I've been to other outlets that gave me a carry bag even when I only bought one or two masks. I've bought many items from Innisfree for years and am now a VIP member. I don't expect a carry bag every time, but I felt I needed one due to my circumstances. What kind of customer service is this? And she even had the audacity to give me a grumpy look, a haughty and arrogant expression. Innisfree, please train your staff, especially this lady, to be more customer-friendly!"

I was trying the nail polish and then asked to remove it using a tester, but the sales lady said there wasn't a tester for the remover. Please note that I did purchase the nail polish, but she adamantly stated that they didn't have anything to remove it! She also wasn't trying to help me with any other solution. I don't think this is how you should treat your customers. I have been buying your products for a long time, and other stores have better service!
