What a terrible sales lady. Requested for a free Real Squeeze mask of my own choice, to be told that I should receive the one given by her. And when I asked for a paper carry bag as I just arrived Aeon Tebrau and will be walking two hours straight, she refused to give to me. I've been to other outlets, who gave me a carry bag even when I only bought a mask or two. I've bought many items from Innisfree for years, and am now also a VIP status. I don't expect to be given a carry bag all the time, but I just felt like having one because of my circumstances. What kind of customer service is this??? And she even had the audacity to show me her grumpy look, that haughty and arrogant expression on her face. Innisfree, please train your staff, especially this lady, to be more customer-friendly!!!!

I was trying the nail polish and then requested to remove it with the tester but saled lady said there was no tester for the remover. Pls acknowledge that I actually purchased the nail polish but she adamantly said we don't have anything to remove it!
And was not trying to help me with any other solution. I think this is not how you treat your customers. I have been buying your products for a long time and in other stores they have better service !
