"The taste is okay, but it's not as fancy as other brands. Maybe we're not as suited to the sweetness level. Not worth the queue, in my personal opinion."

Please ensure that employees are properly trained before starting work. We were waiting in line and no one was serving us, when suddenly staff served the group behind us instead. We chose our gelato flavors and saw them being scooped, but they weren't given to us, and the staff offered no explanation or apology. The service was poor. The gelato flavors were overly sweet — especially the pistachio, which was far too sweet.

I had their iced mocha, and Shafiqa (if I remember correctly) nailed it! It was so good I'm going back for more!

"The staff lacked professionalism and basic courtesy; the service felt untrained and inattentive. The ice cream was overly sweet. Overall, the experience did not match the price. It wasn't worth it, and I won’t be returning."

"Touch 'n Go and card payments weren't working, which was a bit disappointing, to be honest. I had to go to the other side of the mall to withdraw cash to pay. Hopefully, this improves."

The gelato was amazing, especially the berry sorbet. I really recommend it; it's worth the price.

Visited on a weekday around lunchtime, so there were few people. I had the pistachio (premium + RM 3) and matcha combo. The matcha flavor was sadly quite weak; matcha lovers like me would not like it. The pistachio flavor was GREAT! It's very close to what you would get in Europe. The slightest imperfection: a little bit of ice crystals inside, but otherwise very smooth. The staff offered a bite to try. Other reviewers mentioning how sweet it is... gelato is lower-fat but relies on high sugar, whereas American ice cream relies on high fat but is lower in sugar. It's a style difference!
