I have recently been on a gelato quest, and I am afraid to say that Fresco Gelato proved rather underwhelming. Let me explain.
I opted for a duo-sized cup, choosing pistachio and hazelnut dark chocolate – both advertised as premium flavours (thus, additional RM3.00). The total cost was RM23.00, which I found somewhat steep.
My initial taste revealed an excessive sweetness. The texture undeniably smooth and creamy, and the portion size was adequate. The staff member employed the correct technique as well, using a spatula to serve the gelato.
In summary, the gelato was unremarkable. Nothing particularly special distinguished it from other offerings. A reduction in sweetness would significantly enhance the experience. I doubt I will be returning. Perhaps their other flavours are more compelling, but based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend their premium options.

Rm 29 for this durian musang king ice cream . Taste is not bad but maybe don worth that price. Over priced ice cream !

We were waiting in line and no one was serving us, but suddenly the staff served the group behind us instead.
We chose our gelato flavors and saw them being scooped in front of us, but they weren't given to us, and the staff did not offer any explanation or apology.
The service attitude was poor.
The gelato flavors were overly sweet — especially the pistachio flavor we ordered, which turned out to be far too sweet

Visited on a weekday around lunchtime, so there are few people. I had the pistachio (premium + RM 3) & matcha combo. Matcha flavour was sadly quite weak - matcha lovers like me would not like it. Pistachio flavour was GREAT! It's very close to what you would get in Europe. Slightest bit of imperfection - a little, little bit of ice crystals inside, but otherwise very smooth. Staff offered a bite to try.
The other reviewers mentioning how sweet it is....... Gelato is lower-fat but relies on high sugar, whereas American ice-cream relies on high fat but is lower on sugar. It's a style difference!

TnG and card cannot work, kinda dissapointing ngl. Had to go to the other side of the mall to withdraw cash to pay. Hope this improves.

The first time I tried trio flavors, I chose pistachio, yuzu and sea salt hojicha. The gelato tasted very smooth! Pistachio was very rich, Yuzu tasted very refreshing, and sea salt hojicha was salty and sweet with a rich tea flavor!
The gelato is a must-try next time I come to aeon!
