Poor Quality of after sales service. Very disappointed with after sales service. My Reebok was not working so they sent an inexperienced tech to check it out. the tech broke the screw mounting charged me RM125 and left saying he'll check if there are parts available. They never bothered to call to update me and after more than 2 months I had to call them and only then they say there's no parts. Absolutely zero professionalism.

We bought a NordicTrack treadmill for almost RM7k from here and the motor failed within 2 years. As the motor was guaranteed for 10 years, we brought it back to the shop for a replacement but now almost 3 months down the road, we have not got a working treadmill. We were always fobbed off with excuses that it takes time for the motor to be shipped but clearly, 3 months is way too long. Think twice before buying from here!

My go to store for fitness equipment. Price is reasonable for local made equipment. For branded goods price can get expensive. The sales advisor quite friendly but not very knowledgable in fitness. Make sure you do your own research before buying. Otherwise this is one of very limited stores to buy fitness equipment
