There were variety of sushi’s there. So happy to get to choose alot from the choices available. Hope staff can be abit more friendly and not raise voice with customer. Maybe tough day.

Allow me to provide you with a brief account of the incident. On 17/6/23, I visited your premises to purchase the sushi. As a customer, I believe in treating others with respect and expect the same level of professionalism in return. Unfortunately, the staff member whom I interacted with, did not uphold these values. I found this behavior to be highly unprofessional and unacceptable. It not only left me feeling disrespected and humiliated but also tarnished my perception of Empire Sushi. As a loyal customer, I believe that every interaction with your staff should reflect the values and reputation that your organization upholds.

Their service is very very very bad!!!! The guy keep chasing me while i am choosing sushi, n when i came back, i found some of the sushi i pick didnt put in. Really disappointed with their service, there is only one ppl after me, not sure why he keep chasing me !!! I am not using few minutes to choose my sushi, just few seconds they also cannot wait. Mgnt pls take note their service. Very very very bad!

I feel disappointed with the cust service cashier just now.bad service,she not even smile and even a word.i ask her for my order,and she not even reply and smile to me like she got a problem with all cust.please treat cust better with passion.

Sushi not fresh, sushi rice like overnight rice. Almost all sushi are using mayonnaise sauce cover on top, only can tastes mayonnaise😅
