A cashier name MARYIEANATUL AKMA (a lady) who was serving me doing cashier on 14 August 2025, 8:15pm. Your service got to improved like big time, you are so rude, i feel like slapping your face with the sushi i purchased. If you dont like the job, please resign!! No one forces you to work there. Such a disgusting service just like her face.

staff name maryieanatul was really bad charged me two times on my credit card and debit card. i was using my debit card at first and said it didnt go thru bcs server down and ask for credit card hut then both card was charged. im being told that the money will refund back within 3 working days. i need to wait 3 days but when charged not only 1 minute ?

Lousy service, this is my first time trying out this brand, sharing sushi with friend so I asked for the second pair of chopsticks but the cashier questioned me how many sushi I have bought, I said 7 which costs me RM15, and she refused to give the second pair as she claimed I only purchase 7 pieces of sushi ONLY. This is real bad👎. Will not visit the second time for lousy service.

food is good but the one staff handling the sushi was SO RUDE and had the audacity to scold customer and raise voices.

The people taking the order when choosing the sushi is not friendly and looking unmotivated. The cashier attitude is better. The onigiri price went up by 50cents but the quality of filling inside the onigiri has dropped a lot. A lot of choices are not available, sushi making cannot catch up with demand. Overall disappointing.

Empire Sushi has meatless vege options. I picked 5 vege Sushi for 8.40 ringgit, SGD 2.57. A cheap, delicious and satisfying meal.

The workers have attitude problem,as a customer I feel like being racially discriminated against. Im not the only one that experienced this kind of sucks service. Malaysia are multiracial country,pls learn how to respect other peoples. Pls dont shame yourself because it made u looks like uneducated. Take a look to ur branch. u didnt train and discipline ur sucks workers This is my first time to buy and I wont buy again.and u should check the feedback on facebook. There was so many peoples which are complaints about their attitude,being racially discriminated against
