At 530pm today, my friend and I came in and already we felt that there was absence of any forms of customer service. The lady at the counter was "busy" engaging in video calling, oblivious of our presence. 2 male staff, were also "busy" chatting with each other. They were aware of us but made no efforts to even smile or acknowledge us. Aren't they aware that purchases made by customers go towards their wages. Pricing of BI isn't cheap, the least they can do is to facilitate an environment conducive for puchases to happen?Come on. It only takes a simple gesture and attitude for sales to happen. Or if not, just say Hi and perhaps, How may I help you? That is ALL.
