At 5:30 pm today, my friend and I came in and immediately felt an absence of any form of customer service. The lady at the counter was "busy" engaging in a video call, seemingly oblivious to our presence. Two male staff members were also "busy" chatting with each other. They were aware of us but made no effort to even smile or acknowledge us. Aren't they aware that customer purchases contribute to their wages? Pricing at [BI - Assuming this is a business name] isn't cheap, so the least they could do is facilitate an environment conducive for purchases. Come on. It only takes a simple gesture and attitude for sales to happen. Or if not, just say "Hi" and perhaps, "How may I help you?" That is all.
