"We ordered with cream on top, and we didn't get any cream on it. There were five staff at the counter, and no one could properly complete one order with just one drink?"

I just bought a Beautea drink and found a stapler in it. The staff should be more aware of this. What would have happened if I had swallowed it? I could have been seriously hurt. Please be more careful with what you put in the drinks.

"What I received as the finished product was different from the other two I received. I queried why, but the service crew just shrugged and assured me they would be the same. However, this one definitely had much less product and a lot of foam. Had I not been in a rush, I would have asked them to replace it with a new one. They didn’t even offer to do so."

I ordered 云边红柚 with 50% sugar level and less ice. It was a bit too sweet; those who don't like things too sweet might prefer 25% or 0%! Although the queue was long, the wait wasn't too bad.

"They have a good variety of teas: milk tea, plain tea (you can add milk foam), and fruit tea (with pieces of fruit). You can choose the sweetness level; they recommend 25% because 0% can be too bitter. I tried the oolong tea with foam, which was really refreshing. It also comes with a nice cap, so you can cover the drink for later."

The drinks are delicious. However, the manager seems to spend his time on his phone, just telling staff what to do. I don't understand how someone like that was chosen as a manager. His name sounds like Zhangxian. 🙄🙄

"The staff looked really tired and took a long time to pack the drinks; there was a backlog of about six drinks waiting to be prepared. By the time I received my order, it was already lukewarm, much like the staff's attitude. Furthermore, my drink was missing its topping, but I couldn't be bothered to wait again. I wouldn't recommend coming here."

The service was deeply disappointing. I waited over 20 minutes for my order, and the staff, visibly tired, moved at an excruciatingly slow pace. With at least eight drinks awaiting preparation, the delay was unreasonable. I even overheard several customers mumbling, urging the staff to hurry up, reflecting a shared dissatisfaction. It was a frustrating experience overall.
