order with cream on top, and we get no cream on its. There have 5 staff on the counter and no one properly done one order with just 1 drink?

I just bought beautea drink just now but found out there’s stapler in my drinks. Staff should be more aware about this. What happened if i drink it? I can die from it. Please be more careful with what you put in the drinks.

No seats available. Takeaway only. Drink was good! Able to pay via sg app NETS but unsure the exchange rate good or not.

What I received as the finished product. I queried why this is so different from the other 2 received but service crew just shrugged and assured that they would be the same. But it’s definitely much lesser with lots of foam. Had I not been in a rush, I would ask they replace a new one. They didn’t even offer.

I ordered 云边红柚 50% sugar level, less ice, a bit too sweet, those who don’t like too sweet can go for 25% or 0%! Although the queue is long, it doesn’t take too long to wait.

Good variety of teas- milk tea, plain tea (can add milk foam) and fruit tea (with pieces of fruit). You can choose the sweetness level, they recommend 25% as 0% can be too bitter. Tried the oolong tea with foam which was really refreshing. It comes with a nice cap so you can cover the drink for later.

The drinks are delicious. Your manager does nothing but asks staff to do things while he is looking at his phone. I don't understand how you chose this person as a manager. His name sounds like Zhangxian.🙄🙄

the staff looked really tired and took really long to pack the drinks and there was a backlog of like 6 drinks to be packed. by the time I received my drinks it was already lukewarm like the staff's attitude. furthermore my drink was missing its topping, but I couldn't be bothered to wait again. wouldn't recommend coming here.

the service was deeply disappointing. i waited over 20 minutes for my order, and the staff, being visibly tired, moved at an excruciatingly slow pace. with at least 8 drinks awaiting preparation, the delay was unreasonable. i even overheard several customers mumbling under their breath urging the staff to hurry up, reflecting a shared dissatisfaction. a frustrating experience overall.
