I just bought a Beautea drink and found a stapler in it. The staff should be more aware of this. What would have happened if I had swallowed it? I could have been seriously hurt. Please be more careful with what you put in the drinks.

"What I received as the finished product was different from the other two I received. I queried why, but the service crew just shrugged and assured me they would be the same. However, this one definitely had much less product and a lot of foam. Had I not been in a rush, I would have asked them to replace it with a new one. They didn’t even offer to do so."

The drinks are delicious. However, the manager seems to spend his time on his phone, just telling staff what to do. I don't understand how someone like that was chosen as a manager. His name sounds like Zhangxian. 🙄🙄

"The staff looked really tired and took a long time to pack the drinks; there was a backlog of about six drinks waiting to be prepared. By the time I received my order, it was already lukewarm, much like the staff's attitude. Furthermore, my drink was missing its topping, but I couldn't be bothered to wait again. I wouldn't recommend coming here."

I ordered 云边红柚 with 50% sugar level and less ice. It was a bit too sweet; those who don't like things too sweet might prefer 25% or 0%! Although the queue was long, the wait wasn't too bad.

"They have a good variety of teas: milk tea, plain tea (you can add milk foam), and fruit tea (with pieces of fruit). You can choose the sweetness level; they recommend 25% because 0% can be too bitter. I tried the oolong tea with foam, which was really refreshing. It also comes with a nice cap, so you can cover the drink for later."
