Been coming here frequently. But a bit disappointed today 8.2.25. Portions of ice cream given are super tiny. Bought 3 cup of triple junior and paid RM76.50 which I feel not worthy.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your Aeon Tebrau store on the ground floor. The staff serving my family, a young lady, was extremely rude. I kindly asked her to give my aunt the ice cream first because I didn’t want it to melt, and instead of addressing my request respectfully, she threw the ice cream at me without apologizing.

Went to this outlet at 7.45pm today (8/5/2025). My daughter wants chocolate ice cream but the staff told me that she is not going to replenish the chocolate flavor. And she even ask me to the other baskin robbins outlet for the chocolate flavor.

This was my first and last visit to this outlet. I bought a coupon from Grab and tried to redeem it here. After waiting in line for almost 10 minutes, I present the voucher to the staff and select my ice cream flovors. However, she just stared at me and asked me to scan the voucher at the counter before packing my ice cream. When it was my turn to scan the voucher, the customer behind me also attempted to redeem a Grab voucher. The staff treated him completely differently—she even explained how to redeem the voucher and began packing their ice cream right away. This clearly showed double standard service. After scanning the voucher at the counter, the cashier asked me to choose my flavors. I told the cashier to check with the staff, but she didn’t even remember what I had told her just a few minutes earlier. The customer behind me might have thought I was being rude, but why was a different SOP applied? The customer behind me scanned their voucher and received their order instantly, while I had to scan my voucher, repeat my choices, and wait for the staff to pack my order. Today, Baskin Robbins Aeon Tebrau taught me a lesson in "double standards." Visited on 23 March 2025.

Bought 2 cups of mix your own milkshake Asked for a small paper cup so i can give some to my kids and i even offer to PAY for the small paper cup, the staff said NO. I asked how about the plastic cup, how much will it be? They want to charge me a full price of 9.50RM Never had such encounter with other outlets, the staffs here is …. Speechless.

After a movie, got to have some ice cream to seal the day. Delicious flavours and convenient seating. Friendly staff.

Friendly staff offered to allow me to change other flavour, knowing that i dont want soury flavour but i wish to have spongebob cartoon on the ice cream cup. Spongebob campaign with single scoop : rm12.50

I was looking for the flavour Jamoca and luckily they had it. Went to the other outlet and not all outlets have it. Wanted to give it a try. However too sad they ran out of Jamoca Almond Fudge this time. They better have it when I’m there next time. My kid had Love Potion which was available at this outlet and that was great.
