After eating the blueberries, my mother and I had food poisoning.

Bad service. One of the staff members, named Fathin, was very arrogant while serving us. From the start, she served us quite rudely. I understand it was probably a busy evening and she was a bit tired, maybe? But at least a "thank you" would have been okay. Hope she improves her service skills. Thank you.

"I believe this branch is very good at business, so they don't even care about customer requests. We purchased a Sanum to share with a friend. I asked for a bit of extra sauce. Rejected. Asking for one extra spoon cost an extra RM1. Poor experience and bad attitude. There are many options nowadays. You are not the only choice."

Hi! I ordered 3 small items: One with mango cubes, One with Biscoff, And one supposedly with pistachio sauce. However, the staff said they were out of stock, so we changed it to melon. I went there around 3 pm on Tuesday, December 3rd, and unexpectedly, the lady after us got the pistachio sauce...??? This isn't the first time this has happened. The pistachio sauce always seems to run out mid-day. Don't they ever restock it? Really? The staff's service is really unprofessional. No greetings, no smiles, just static faces. What's wrong?

I got the ring I wanted, and it's absolutely beautiful! Penny's service was excellent; she was very friendly and gave great recommendations. The entire experience was truly delightful.

"Visited the shop for an anklet. I was assisted by a sales person, a tall, slim Chinese girl wearing a Malay costume. Her initial attitude seemed "good," but when we asked the price of an item, she barely made eye contact with my parent. She merely looked at the calculator and said, "This is 6k plus," and then just walked away. She didn't even attempt to show us the item we were interested in. I was very disappointed with the service and the way my parent was treated. However, a salesman (I think his name was Andy and he was wearing glasses) was indeed sincere and nice! Very accommodating."

Gifts were wrapped nicely and done well. Very happy. Thanks!

I recently visited Poh Kong and had a disappointing experience. The sales assistant was unprofessional throughout the process. They kept hard-selling products that were clearly unsuitable, and despite our concerns, they didn’t offer any constructive advice or alternatives. It felt like they were more focused on making a sale than on ensuring customer satisfaction. I hope Poh Kong can improve its customer service standards.

I would like to ask if I can just walk into your outlet and look at your products? Or, am I obligated to buy something once I enter? Today, my friends and I visited your Aeon Tebrau outlet. We were just looking at the gold prices and some products and didn't buy anything. As we walked out, I heard a female staff member with long straight hair say "走马看花" loudly, which made me feel like she was being sarcastic because we didn't make a purchase. If I am required to buy something upon entering your shop, please let me know. Next time, if I don't intend to buy anything, I won't step inside. I'm extremely disappointed with your staff's attitude; she is not customer-oriented. It was a horrible experience!
