One of the waitresses was very rude. We ordered three cold guilingao, but they weren't as cold as at other branches.

"We are regular customers of this brand. Today was our worst experience. The store had only one other female customer. All three staff members just stood there and didn't do anything. The staff member with a ponytail in the photos was very rude and said we could push our wheelchair in, then said we couldn't put the wheelchair in the store, and forced us to move our wheelchair three times. In the end, I decided not to patronize this outlet. Please watch your CCTV and train your staff on customer service."

A friendly staff member asked us to sit when we ordered the liangcha and then served us. Payment can be made afterward. I love the decor, which transports you back in time, or at least to the alleyways of Taiwan. At RM4 per cup, the price is very reasonable, and it's RM5 to add powder. They will warn you that the herbal tea is bitter, but if you are looking for herbal tea, you probably aren't afraid of bitter flavors (I didn't find it bitter, anyway).

"I bought a bottled herbal tea, but they didn't provide a plastic bag. I accidentally dropped the bottle before leaving, and when I asked for a cup so I could pour the tea into it, they wouldn't even give me one. The whole bottle ended up leaking and the tea was wasted. Super lousy service. I hope they close down soon."
