We are regular customers of this brand. Today is our worst experience. The store has only 1 female customer. All 3 staff just stand there and did not do anything. This pony tail staff in the photos is very rude and said we can push our wheelchair in and we cannot put the wheelchair in the store and force us to shift our wheelchair thrice. In the end, I decided not to patronise this outlet.
Please watch your CCTV and train your staff on customer service.

Bought a bottled herbal tea, they didn’t provide a plastic. Accidentally dropped the bottle before leaving, ask for a cup so that I can pour it into the cup, can’t even provide a cup, end up whole bottle leaked and wasted. Super lousy service. Hope it close down soon.

Friendly staff member asked us to sit when we ordered the liangcha and served us. Payment can be made after. Love the decor which transports you back in time or at least to the alleyways of Taiwan. RM4 per cup is as reasonable as they come, and RM5 to add on powder. They will warn you that the herbal tea is bitter, but if you are looking for herbal tea you probably are not afraid of bitter flavours (I didn't find it bitter anyway)
