I recently visited HWC Coffee in AEON Tebrau, and I must say, it's a gem! The cozy atmosphere creates the perfect ambiance for catching up on work or simply enjoying a cup of coffee. While the air conditioning could have been a tad cooler, the friendly staff and accommodating service more than made up for it. The latte was delightfully creamy, and the black coffee had just the right kick of strength. What impressed me the most was the great environment for digital nomads to work. They have electric ports to keep your devices charged, and the cleanliness and organization of the space make it a pleasure to spend time there. Plus, the lighting is just right – not too harsh on the eyes. Overall, a fantastic spot to unwind or get some work done!

"Smells very good. I was lured in by the great aroma, to be honest. However, the coffee was too bland and light for my liking. Presentation was top-notch, though."

Awesome team. The two ladies working on April 8th were very tactful and helpful. They even paused the music while I was taking a Zoom meeting, without me even having to ask. Very customer-centric and a pleasant experience! Will come again. Oh, and great coffee, too!

I recently visited HWC Coffee and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of their coffee. The rich, full-bodied flavor of their espresso was a delight, clearly made with expertly sourced beans and a perfect roast. The baristas are skilled and friendly, ensuring each cup is crafted with care. The ambiance of the café is cozy and inviting, making it an ideal spot for both work and relaxation. I highly recommend trying their cappuccino – it's one of the best I've had in the city!

The staff are very rude. Kids have to stay outside without their parents, even the little ones. What kind of service is this? What if a child gets lost? There was a Malay woman, around her 20s and wearing braces, who was very rude and had no manners at all. She told my little sister to go out of the fitting room just because she needed an adult by her side, saying, "Oh, cannot, you need to stay outside." Klu dia hilang, u nk tanggung ke? Very rude. You don't even own the shop, and you dare to speak to customers like that? Learn manners first. And there's a man, around his 20s, in front of the fitting room giving out numbers. I said to him, "I need a number to try on this dress," and he just gave me a rude look and said, "Oi, oi." Is this how you treat your customers? Padini's staff need to learn some manners.

"I mean, who doesn't love Padini and Vincci for their endless variety of clothing, heels, and accessories? The only thing that bothers me is the fitting room staff. It's like the clothes hangers have personally offended them, the way they throw them around so loudly. Lol."

"Not allowing spouses to enter together during clothes fittings, but allowing teenage girls to enter together, claiming it's only allowed if they are younger? That's strange. It causes so many inconveniences for customers to go in and out to ask for help from their family. This double standard is not acceptable at all."
