IKEA Tebrau is running a 90-second shopping spree in mid-November. Buy 9 or more home furnishing items on a single receipt by 10 November 2026, submit the receipt on the Microsoft form the store links, and you can be called for the sprint on 14, 15 or 16 November. The store page at ikea.com/my/en/stores/tebrau/ is the live notice. The join link is forms.cloud.microsoft/r/Wss8pPQrYH. Home furnishing products only. Food, Swedish Food Market bags, and restaurant receipts do not count.
The store is at No. 33, Jalan Harmonium, Taman Desa Tebrau, 81100 Johor Bahru, inside Toppen Shopping Centre. Hours 10am to 10pm. Cashless since 1 September 2026. This is a Tebrau store-page mechanic with a Tebrau form. Keep the receipt from this building.
Nine home furnishing lines by 10 November
The qualifying purchase is 9 items or more in one receipt, home furnishing only, from now through 10 November 2026. "From now" on a page checked 26 October means you still have just over two weeks of shopping days, including the last Sorted Lah weekend on 31 October to 1 November. A SOCKERBIT and DRÖNA Family cut ends 28 October, which is a cheap way to add small boxes to a receipt if you already need them. Those boxes are home furnishing. Chicken balls are not.
The form is a Microsoft Forms page. It will ask for receipt details. Photograph the receipt in the car park before you lose it in a Kallax flatpack. The store page does not publish how many sprinters they will take, the value cap inside the 90 seconds, or whether a Family card changes the odds. If the form text loads on your phone, read the T&C on the form itself before you submit. The public facts that are stable without the form are the 9-item rule, the 10 November receipt deadline, the 14 to 16 November sprint dates, and the home-furnishing-only line.
Click & Collect is 12pm to 8pm, free, no minimum. A Click & Collect order can be a way to hit 9 lines without walking the warehouse, if the SKUs are home furnishing and they land on one receipt. Same-day delivery for selected Johor postcodes needs an order before 1pm. Ask at the counter whether a delivered order still counts. The banner copy says "purchase" and "submit your receipt." An in-store receipt is the version that needs no extra question.
The 14 to 16 November sprint
The sprint itself is 14 to 16 November 2026. Saturday 14 November is also Selamat Ulang Tahun IKEA Tebrau with Imran Ajmain at 11am in the Kitchen Showroom, Level 2. If you are drawn for a Saturday slot, the anniversary buffet and the 90 seconds may share the same building that morning. Sunday 15 November is The Himalayas Colouring Competition in the Children Showroom, 11am, 2pm and 4pm, ages 4 to 12. The sprint days sit on a busy anniversary weekend, which is why the store put both posters on the same page.
Ninety seconds in an IKEA warehouse is a trolley problem. Wear shoes you can run in. Leave the kids at Småland only if a session is free: weekend hours 10am to 8:30pm, 10 kids, 100cm to 130cm. Do not plan Småland as your sprint childcare. A second adult holding the trolley is the more realistic plan.
IKEA Malaysia's 30th anniversary Spend & Win, a GWM HAVAL H6 HEV draw, is a different mechanic on the same store page. That one needs RM500 of home furnishing in a single in-store receipt, campaign 14 August to 13 November on the banner, 14 August to 14 November on the T&C block. Draw 3 is the live window. Do not mix the RM500 car receipt with the 9-item spree receipt in your head. They can share a trolley. They are two forms.
Parking and the bus cluster
Parking is Toppen. IKEA validates RM1 off the first three hours if you buy something in the IKEA store. Monday to Thursday, cars RM2 for the first three hours, then RM1 an hour. Friday to Sunday and public holidays, cars RM3 for the first three hours. Motorbikes RM1 weekday, RM2 weekend and public holiday. No MRT. JB Sentral and Larkin buses stop at Toppen / IKEA. J10, J16, P111.
The Swedish Restaurant is 9:30am to 9:30pm. Eat before a qualifying shop if you want the breakfast window, 9:30am to 11am. The spree receipt still has to be home furnishing. Pay for food on a separate bill so the 9-item count stays clean.
Submit by 10 November. The sprint is the following weekend. If you already have a 9-line furniture receipt from late October, fill the form this week instead of waiting until the 10th.
