Ordered egg wrap subway and vege delite and I feel I got roti John Malaysia. Disgusting soggy wrap. Totally not subway standard. I don’t know if the staff knows the difference between a subway wrap and roti John or not!

Cleaning/closing at 8.30pm? while it advertise that the operation hours are until 9.30pm. might as well close the shop from 10am-10pm.

There are several restaurants in the basement of Angsana Mall JB, one of which is Subway! The bread is quite soft, and this is my first time trying the beef mala menu. Delicious! Spicy! And delicious!

Bad service..waiting for the shop to open it's been over 10am and the door still hasn't opened..most annoying staff inside opening like it's still 9.30am...don't say I don't know the operation..i'm from management for F&B too I know how to ….

Male staff was unwell. He was coughing but didnt wear mask & continued to serve food. Happened on Saturday 4 January 2025 at 1.45pm. Hope that Subway can improve on your standard of hygiene level.

The staff is kinda friendly. Sometime the queue is long bcs some customer didn't follow the step to order and make it jem . But overall its fast if you follow the step order. If you come late the bread gonna sold out and its take time ya to wait for the bread to be done. So need to be patience.
