UNIQLO needs no introduction. It’s a good place to shop for clothes, bags etc. This branch is much bigger and spacious than the one at City Square, hence one can shop here at ease. Price here in JB is slightly cheaper than Singapore, hence there are quite a lot of customers from Singapore. Service Staff are friendly and helpful here too.

Came over after I had an extremely bad experience with Uniqlo at Mid Valley South Key and this branch did not disappoint at all! Shout out to Hafiz for his excellent service as well as the other staff at this branch. They were professional and were the total opposite of the staff at Mid Valley South Key branch 💯 Will return here if I need to get more clothes from Uniqlo!

A big store with a good range to choose from. However they need to improve the alteration timings for customers by making sure the agreed time is adhered to.

Extremely bad experience with the rude staff here , he is a Malaysian Muslim man staff working at the cashier . I have trying to registered as Uniqlo member and took me ages to register as I wanted to be a member and get the $15 discount voucher . Finally I managed to register but when I paid , he said the voucher doesn’t appear . And found out that I registered via Uniqlo website and not the app. Apparently in order to get the $15 voucher , I have to register via the app and not website . So I was frustrated and quoted stupid . Then straightaway he replied me saying I am stupid . I told him I didn’t said he is stupid , I was referring to the offer and must register via the app. How good manners Uniqlo staff is!!!!! Will I return to Uniqlo ? I went to inform his supervisor . Thank you I have few thousand reviews on my comment but no words at all from Uniqlo management !

Very bad attitude of the male staff in Fitting Room. While I’m changing the cloth, suddenly knock my door very loud and telling me I’m change in long time already. In fact, I’m not taken more than 10 min inside , and I’m wondering is long q outside. Then I’m immediately come out from fitting room and found that there no body is in q.

I would like to give credits to all the staffs in Uniqlo Aeon Tebrau for their helpfulness and cheerful demeanour even it was second day of Hari Raya. Besides , I appreciated the staffs for helping me exchange my pants hassle and stress free . Many Thanks again to all the team effort in Uniqlo Aeon Tebrau.

People love shoping at unilqlo but the all the staff not frendly So bad service
