Scam. The 3rd party entertainment apps not working. Before bought, the sales person said they can backend support for any apps if there is an issue. Recently managed to call the bos told to buy a better version of the box. Later no more reply after asked the boss if in future again the apps issue, buy another tv box!!!!!!!?

Worst after sales service. CCTV 4 always cannot watch. Call sales person no pick up. Send so many times to service centre and reset. Worst TVBox.

Please don’t bother to buy / subscribe to their service. Here’s why; Within 1 month after purchase, occurance of intermittent signal / line once in 2 days. After 3 months, intermittent line is frequent to the point i can’t take it. Keep on refreshing, however after 20-30 mins, the line lags again. Now everyday, I have to live with this intermittent signal.

Please don’t buy this product. It’s very lagging at the night and can’t watch any IPTV channels. When asked, their answer is nowadays many people using so their server couldn’t support it. Highly disappointed.
