Wonderful dining experience! We love every dish... Ramen broth is not too salty and the pork belly is nice! We ordered both the yuzu and squid ink flavor to try. All the side dishes are nice too! 😊
Do request for a seat outside if u prefer a quiet dining experience but seating inside has a little more exciting atmosphere. 😋

Ordered the Tsukemen Saukura ramen
Loved the boiling hot soup
After eating my mouth don’t taste overly salty and the soup gets diluted
Soup comes with lots of ingredient
Also ordered the Ramen Shiro and Gyoza
So good too
We even finished the soups
The dessert Mount Fuji white choco pudding
Looks the same as advertise

Got recommended this place from a friend of mine a few weeks back and never had a chance to try it out. But today is the day I finally try "Kanbe Ramen". So let's get into it.
As soon as I stepped foot into the restaurant, I was quickly greeted by the staff ( including the head chef and everyone else in the kitchen ) which might be too loud for some but that's how they show their hospitality to everyone. After entering the restaurant and being sat down, I was quickly greeted by the open kitchen which basically shows how they cooked and prep your food right in front of you ( Seen in the pictures ). With the basic norms currently with japanese restaurants, usually the kitchen is hidden behind walls or windows but this restaurant is basically open to the public to see and watch.
Now while ordering u are always greeted by a staff member asking you for a free drink ( which is refillable ). And once you order your food you can just sit back and relax and watch your food being prepped in front of you by the head chef which I may add is japanese. Now once served ( under 5 minutes depending on the crowd ) u are given a step by step guide on how to eat your ramen, which I gladly followed just for fun. And I must say, this is maybe one of the best tasting ramen I've tasted in a while as the aroma of the soup is strong along with the taste filled to the brim with umami of the pork based soup. Now with the noodles is up to your liking ( As u can see from the pictures ) you can tune how firm or soft you want your noodles and for me I took the "hard" since I like a little chew and they did it perfectly with the right firmness which MOST Japanese restaurant I've been to failed to do. Moving on with the toppings and condiments given to you. You are given the typical toppings on your ramen: seaweed, chopped bamboo shoots and shives. Along with the toppings that you are given in front of you to tune more on how you want the ramen to be tasted.
With a tasty bowl of ramen that warms anyone's soul along with the warm and vibrant atmosphere, I would say this deserves a detour just to test out the bowl of ramen that changed my view of "Quality".

Worth a visit. The ramen was deliciously done. Sat at the counter for a better experience. There are table seating if you do prefer.
At first the ordering sheet looks daunting but you will get use to it after awhile. Simply too much info on one sheet.
The gyoza is nice too. Be sure to order that if you like gyoza. It’s not on the ordering sheet so have to tell the staff there when they come over to take your order sheet.
Can come back again next time.

I've been to their Mont Kiara outlet yet didn't know that they've been here for a few months now, so what I got was what I expected - a good bowl of ramen, with the shiro stock for this round. The ramen was flavourful and paired with the complimentary vegetables and enthusiastic service, it fills the stomach satisfyingly. Looking forward to returning someday!

Very authentic Japanese dining experience. You will hear greetings the moment you come in the restaurant. Ramen was great and you can customize it to your liking. Comes with free tea as well.

The shop took a bit longer than expected to open, out of curiosity and also in hope of getting trying out another potentially good ramen shop, we went to try out this shop.
The shops were quite crowded and there was a queue, we took a bit of time to ponder on the menu, but the server keep informing us that we cannot go in if we haven't place our orders yet, and letting people behind us to go in first as they placed their order, we had no choice but to quickly made our choices and go in.
The food was served without too much of wait, the black garlic soup is amazing, with very rich aroma. The dry ramen however, is not so to our taste as it is a bit sweet.

the best ramen and variety of side dishes in this Japenese Restaurant in Aeon Terbau. All the waitress/waiters and the kitchen crews/chefs are warm hearted to serve us well.

Makes me feel like I am in Japan. Staff are attentive and food is amazing. The ramen broth was another level which I feel they should at least be awarded w a Michelin star. One of the best ramen in Malaysia that you can find. Good experience as the atmosphere makes you feel exactly like a ramen house
