This was my second visit, and I brought more friends here to try as well. It was so good that I wanted to recommend it to my friends. They tried it and were not disappointed. The cabbage, soup, tea, and rice are free-flow, and they can replenish them for you as long as you want. The service was very patient and friendly, and also attentive. The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated.

Second time here! The staff recommended the mix-and-match menu, where one set allows you to mix 3-4 items. It's a good deal! You can try different items for one price. The set comes with rice, cabbage, and soup, all of which are refillable. They also serve dessert after the meal. Worth the money.

I visited this Japanese restaurant and ordered two meal sets. The curry katsu was outstanding—tender meat with a flavourful, rich curry sauce that was both comforting and satisfying. The Ippon Hire had a delicious sauce that complemented it perfectly, adding a savoury touch. However, the highlight of the meal was definitely the soup—it was light yet full of umami, with just the right balance of flavours. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also quite pleasant.

The pork loin was crispy on the outside, yet tender and juicy inside, with a perfect balance of fat and lean meat. The miso soup was packed with ingredients and refillable, making it even more satisfying. I loved the generous refills of rice, cabbage, and tea. The staff were warm, attentive, and ensured everything was perfect. A must-visit for tonkatsu lovers!

Overall, the food is nice. I've been here quite a few times. The cabbage, white rice or multigrain rice, soup, and drinks (hot tea) are all refillable.

It used to be very good. I do agree that the standard dropped slightly and the portions have become smaller, with pieces not as thick as before. I still enjoy their soup and the tuna potato salad.

This was one of our favorite restaurants in Johor. We always have dinner there. Today, however, we found that the thickness of the pork loin had reduced by nearly half compared to before. This dinner set is a bit overpriced with one shrimp, one oyster, and only three small pieces of pork loin. All of us felt quite disappointed. We won't be going as often from now on.

The food portion was quite big for us. The pork was very tender and tasted like chicken. The waiters and waitresses were very attentive and always there to ask us or remind us if we would like to refill rice, tea, or soup. Thumbs up for their service! The boys liked the food, and even my nephew finished the udon and the tonkatsu.

If you're craving a satisfying katsu meal, this restaurant is a must-visit. The star of the show is undoubtedly the pork katsu—perfectly crispy on the outside while remaining juicy and tender inside. The quality of the pork is top-notch, and each bite is full of rich flavor. Beyond the food, the service is exceptional. The staff are friendly, attentive, and quick to assist, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The free-flow tea, rice, and cabbage are a generous touch, ensuring you leave feeling satisfied. Despite the high quality of the meal, the prices are surprisingly affordable, making it fantastic value for money. The restaurant itself is clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're dining alone or with family and friends, this spot is perfect for a hearty and delicious katsu meal. Highly recommended!

19 April 2025. Superb katsu, juicy and filling. My girls enjoyed the different savoury sauce condiments that they could dip and sink their teeth into.
