I just bought beautea drink just now but found out there’s stapler in my drinks. Staff should be more aware about this. What happened if i drink it? I can die from it. Please be more careful with what you put in the drinks.

Staff is a bunch of liars. Say the cny edition cup sold out but i see a ton of it stacked at store. Give wrong but don’t want to admit and correct their mistake.

My all time fav bbt shop in JB. I usually order their cold brew tea which is v refreshing. Had the osmanthus oolong cold brew for Rm14.90. Zero sugar added. Tea taste isn’t strong and some may argue may as well drink water lol. Personally i like it la.

Bought their milk tea at RM7.90 only! Love their milk tea! Even though there were a lot of customers, the service was quite fast. You guys should try their White Peach Oolong Milk Tea!

Came by today to buy drink. But being serve by a rude attitude from the malay girl and told her colleague do not entertain me and my daughter. Spoil my mood to buy the drinks. Please train your staff to become more friendly and not rude to the customer. They are the frontliner of your store.
