I am a mum who likes to explore different playgrounds (indoor&outdoor) with my 3 yrs old. Giving them 5 stars since this is so far the best one I have been around JB area, though more improvement needed....

Indoor playground within Toppen shopping mall consists of 2 areas, L2 and L3. Weekend rate at RM38 for both L2 and L3 access, including 1C+1A. Unlimited entry within the day. L2 is more suitable for toddlers and L3 for school-aged children....

Went here on a Saturday morning. We arrived as a big group of 6 kids and 6 adults. Entrance fee was on the pricey side of rm39 per 1 kid + 1 adult but the kids spent over 4 hours here so I guess it was worth it. This was the 2nd time coming...

The playground is split into 2 floors (not connected) on level 2 & 3. Level 2 is meant for younger children like toddlers whereas the top floor is for older children. Tickets can be bought and use interchangeably in both locations. My 10 years old girls enjoyed the playground.

We are regular customer here. most of time the air ball spoiled the staff Don't bother. The guest engagement need to improve for guest attention. TOPPEN have free playground,still we visit here because have few expectations but lack with fault playitem.few playitem need to replace.
