Loved the dining experience here, my blackpepper chicken pie was served hot and had my usual blackforest mocha drink. Takeaway royal choc cake for my kids. Thank you Shafiqah for the friendly service!

I tried the Matcha Strawberry at Coffee Bean tebrau. The taste was quite unique the matcha wasn't too bitter, and the strawberry added a slight sweet and tangy flavor. The environment was comfortable and cozy, and the staff were friendly with great service. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Will come again soon

Service was so slow eventhrough the staff was many. Also asking for a plain water, after got it I found it was dirty & ask for a change. But it looks like the Brew Crew avoiding looking at me standing infront and had me awaited for awhile

Same thoughts as many other reviews here. The staff especially working from 10-1030pm on 12th December are not interested in doing their work and dilly dally around their tasks. Ordering 2 pieces of carrot cake took 8minutes, when the task

Very rude staff. Especially the women with bold black spec. Even ask questions regarding menu she laughed. She laughed like we didn't know now how to read menu. Another two staff also same. Such irritated staff. No wonder the rating is low. Even we are at last time the staff very low at working even no customer.

Bad service - can't even get extra forks because they "might not have enough later." And the table was so dirty, not even cleaned! I had to clean it myself!

Super packed on weekends felt sorry to the staff, need to call out customer's name above the crowd noise/ chatter We had their new spanish latte without cinnamon, mango sweet tea & Chicago cheesecake. Anyway, all the best to the teams ok

Terrible experience at 2 coffee bean outlets in JB. One at Austin heights and also at Aeon mall. Both outlets told me I have to wait more than 30 minutes for food. The place is not crowded. Why? Staff lazy or there's no stock for food? Really bad way of running a business. All the staff need to be properly trained.
