Online says open at 10am. Mall operating hours at 10:30am but mall allow customers to come in at 10am. Update the operating hours on Google please.

Staff asked to balik rumah duduk diam diam kat rumah due to if don't want scan temperature. The problem is sutera security just scanned our temperature within 2 meter distance. We just ask "perlu scan lagi ke" keep scold and nagging us like.

they put a very rude staff (indian lady) at the entrance of the store. not only was she rude, atitude is bad also. only intereted in playing her phone while on the job.

Mr DIY needs no introduction. A great place to shop or just simply browse around. Plant-based products like vegan/ vegetarian snacks are available here too.

Bad experience during shopping in Mr DIY Sutera Mall. Cashier are impolite , the Malay male cashier.
