Went about 11am, no one in the shop. Service is fast, but when ask for extra chilli the staff is very reluctant to give. Staff not friendly at all, is seems a common attitude in all JB's Texas Chicken?

This outlet is easy to find from the main entrance and in front of IKEA. This restaurant very clean, staff also friendly and helpful. For service very fast, efficient and just wait a while. For price is reasonable and food tasty. Overall, this restaurant is a convenient choice clean, fast service. I will repeat again. ❤️❤️❤️

I was here on a weekday afternoon. Expected luke warm chicken. But what was served was freshly cooked and hot pieces of chicken! The biscuit was also piping hot. Love the flavour and meatiness. The cashier patiently took our order. Good

31 Dec 2025 10.30 am Ordered a meal. Two crews preparing. Two staff so busy PREPPING ONLY FOR THE BULK ORDER. HOW ABOUT THE WALK INS WHO NEEDS TO EAT IN REAL TIME. Wasted almost an hour for just sitting there. THAT IS WRONG STRATEGY!! time is gold!!

Bad experience. Bought 3 pcs of chicken to share 2 ppl but given 2 small drumsticks. Asked for change but staff bad attitude and showed face. Hot and stuffy. Dirty nobody keep the place. No water. Now go back eat Maggi goreng
