Here's what happened: they need the actual ID of the membership owner and limit membership owners to purchasing only one pair of shoes during their birthday month because they only provide the so-called 10% discount to the lower-priced pair of shoes. "A terrible experience in front of the store with the sales girl.
On 4/2/2019 at 1400H, my sister arrived and parked in front of the store. The sales girl immediately flipped the sign to "OUT FOR LUNCH".
On 4/2/2019 at 1845H, I arrived personally, and the sales girl *again* flipped the sign to "OUT FOR LUNCH". This time, I had to address her, stating that this is not the way a business should be run. If this continues, the business is going to fail, for sure."
