Staff here was very attentive and patient in taking our orders. Order received precisely as we wanted. Drinks and cakes were served at a fast pace. The environment was very comfortable and clean. We had a good time. Kudos to the staff.

I’ve come to order at 9:45pm but the barista reject my order saying they already close. I’m a Starbucks partner myself and I understand the last order is only when the store close at 10pm and the barista will still have time for them to finish up their closing. Management team please do something about this or its your loss.

Its 2nd time happen… I got add on without my request. 1st time i order vanilla latte but has been charge additional RM2 for vanilla syrup… okay i fine with that eventho i know its mistake Today i order frap but add on caramel drizzle without inform… To the staff… please be sincere…

Claimed a birthday cake thru a cup of coffee. No long queue, staff is polite. Will not prefer to sit nearby the door, because every time people come in, the hot wind will brow your face 😂

Friendly and professional staff. I was kindly greeted by the female staff and introduced to get a card and extra cheese with the chix o cheese (no regrets it was indeed better than single cheese). When I've brought back the latter food item because the sausage inside was still cold, a male staff agreed to help - bringing out a completely new item - and checked back when I was halfway through. One of the best attitude I've experienced in a Starbucks outlet (both in Malaysia and Singapore). Good stuff!

Great coffee, great service. Forgot to use my bCard when making payment and requested for points register right after. The crew was so nice to help reverse the transaction to credit points. And also informed me my bCard had a 30% off promotion so he helped to apply when he re-billed. Such a delight visit!

1.The staff added topping and charged us the topping fee although we rejected at first, 2. Ordered less sugar but still very sweet, 3. Another order with normal sugar have totally no sweetness, 4. Ordered cold but came out hot, but helped to change ady.
