Very good service. Bought recliners. Good working condition. Bought a large rubbish bin, there is a slight den on top of cover. Other than dat, in working condition. Professional and efficient delivery personnels. Free gift of large clock faulty when delivered though😳 Overall good buy & experience.

Review of AEON Terbrau Outlet I had an exceptional shopping experience at SSFHome AEON Terbrau, where the professionalism of the staff truly stood out. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles. The staff were not only knowledgeable about the products but ensured I found exactly what I was looking for. The ambience of the store is inviting and well-organized, making it a pleasure to browse through the various sections. I would like to request an exchange for an item that I overlooked before purchasing. Unfortunately, I noticed a default when I returned to Singapore that I missed at the time of the purchase and would appreciate assistance in rectifying this issue. I live in Singapore and can only return to JB on 7 November 2024 for the exchange. Could you please provide me with a contact person and an email address to discuss the exchange process further? This will help ensure a smooth experience when I return. Please refer to the photos I have attached for your reference regarding the item in question. First time stepping into SSFHome store and was pleasantly surprised. I’m really amazed by the huge selection of furnitures and accessories for the home. The prices are really reasonable as well. Plus, if you are visiting from across the causeway, they offer delivery service at only SGD100! Will definitely consider this place when I’m furnishing my home next time.
