Worst experience ever with Lovisa. I bought an item from the store last week and decided to exchange it. The item was completely unworn, with tags intact, and within a reasonable timeframe.

My two kids got their ears pierced here and they were VERY patient and friendly. My younger one was a bit of a tough cookie to crack but we managed to do it. Thank you Shima and Wina!

Lily is very good with dealing with customer. Dia very clever in giving explanation atau kalau ada orang rasa don't tahu she just explain with patience! Please give her raise in pay atau naik kan pangkat dia because she can go far in her.

Got my last three piercings here, staff were nice and friendly, and they did the piercings very well! If I get another, it’ll most likely be here :).

Staff was very unfriendly when I went there few days ago while travelling around Johor and decided to stop by a mall. Bad experience !
