Finally JB also got Shabuyo. Hope that management can hire more staff. Food are delicious but not enough staff, most of the sauces, drinks, ice, cutleries are not enough but no one refil it. We also clear the plates ourselves because no staff help us to clear it.
The curry very watery, no one take care of it. There is no fried chicken and takoyaki as KL. No Cheese Sauce. Egg also need to pay rm1 for each but I already paid rm80 for this hotpot buffet.
So if u tried KL Shabuyo, dont expect it to be same. The managememt at here is quite poor compare to KL.

Overall very satisfied with this place. Not too expensive and good selection of food.
I did feel that the broths are quite salty.
Japanese curry also salty.
But other than that, pleased with this place .
Can consider coming back again.

First time here and was surprised they offered a wide varieties of both cooked food, fresh vege and desserts. Service was swift with the meat delivered minutes after ordered. The soup broth was nice and the goma rice was really tasty. Will be back again

Thumbs up to the team and management! We loved their beef and each of us had 8-10 servings during the 120 minutes. Yes, it is timed, please take note or there might be charges. If unsure always check with the friendly floor crews.
We tried their famous teriyaki soup and original pork ribs soup recommended by floor crews. Both soup goes well with the fresh ingredients and to top that, there is variety of sauces for us to mix and match.
This is Japanese steamboat so no hot chilli or mala ya. There is a wide range of vegetables and mushrooms for selection. Also there is a cooked food section offering tori karaage- Japanese fried chicken. The fried chicken was tasty and even delicious when it’s hot and fresh from kitchen.
Our girls enjoyed baking their own pancake and the mocha ice creams. Our parents enjoyed the cozy and wide variety of choices too. We will visit again soon 😘

We have had hotpot at this place on various trips to Japan in different places. They opened its very first store in JB recently with a bang. Every food items and the interior decor was exceptionally modeled the Japan way, clearly displaying an authentic Japanese style steamboat.
We decided to have the Korobuta Beef and Pork. Although we like the soup base, we felt RM64.90++ per pax is really not worth our money.

Recently I've try the Shabu Yo at Aeon Tebrau and it was Nice.
What I like here is you can take any food for free as much as you can but under some condition, but still it was a good experience for me to try the food there.
If I'm not wrong lah, the staff will help you order for the begining then explain how to use the tablet for the next order(correct me if I'm wrong).
As I said earlier, you can take any food for free as much as you can except for extra Egg and Beer. But for me it was good enough. There also have plenty of sauces choice. Then if you know to make waffles you can make 1 ur self. Actually there also have some guidance how to make waffles hahaha...
Let's talk about Their service. In service the staff is good, they will help you to take the empty Utensil and help you refil the soup. Just like other steamboat restaurant. But in Shabu Yo it seems like more then self service lah. Because you know lh we go take water, food by ur self But still I can say they service is good enough no complain, it just I think I've something to add here if can lh. If you customer is first time come you can help them and guide them while taking food, sauce. If customer almost finish eating, Staff also can try to suggest customer if want some Dessert or need any help that would be nice, like you giving Extra Care for customer. Hehe
Then we talk about environment.
The environment not bad, just I feel the table are not big enough. Then some table are close to each other but still acceptable lah because this is restaurant we eat here right. But somehow there will be a a customer that really don't like this kind of situation which is prefer to be more private because I've go to plenty restaurant and meet customer that have this behavior, Overall still good for me.

The food here is amazing. The lunch deal is definitely worth it! The free flow veges were very fresh and tasty! They also have a lot of different noodles and rice options! The service staffs we're all very attentive in helping to top up soup and clear empty plates!

While the variety is not considered a lot but we appreciate the quality of the meat and ingredients. The matcha ice-cream is one of our favourite! Waffle batter is not sweet but it goes well with the icecream.
Visited two times and enjoyed the tea rice & gyudon.
