Im a black card member who just recently move to johor from KL.. first visit to sephora aeon tebrau was on 9/12/24 and it was an unpleasant shopping experience. One Malay staff with thick black glasses frame keep on following very closely and invading my personal space hence i couldnt really browse the products that i wanted to purchase despite me already told her tht i will call her if i need assistance. Havent had this issue at bigger sephora i that frequently shop at
(midvalley KL & fahrenheit 88).Today i went to sephora westgate in sg and to my surprise the staff are a lot nicer and more well trained.

the staff there was rude. my mom was looking for a lip balm and she *jeling* my mom and look atas and bawah like my mom doesnt hv money. sis, u better fix your attitude cuz with this kind of behaviour, ur getting nowhere. my mom was very disappointed as it is her first time went to Sephora.

Today I visited Sephora at AEON Tebrau. I’m completely new to skincare, so I asked a staff member named Fienna for help. She was incredibly helpful , she did a skin test for me and recommended suitable products. The way she explained everything was clear and easy to understand. She was also very generous and calm when offering testers for us to try.

All staffs were very friendly at me and my mom even i was just wearing slippers that time. The beautician was really helpful, she helped my mom choose shades, stocks and even the counter lady was really helpful. Since my mom not really familiar with sephora outlet, she might know nothing.
