Love the service provide by AFIQ He have a sincere character while entertaining all customer. Spaghetti delicious but overcooked almost become soggy pasta. It should be cooked AL DENTE. Drinks : - order Ice Caramel latte... Just 1 long sip the glass is empty. Obviously the glass is fill up bottom to top ice cube first. Ice Blended Caramel Matcha..... Taste is blend..... TAWAR HEBEH 😂 Please monitor quality of your food and beverage.

Had to wait for 30mins just to be informed that they are unable to cook the meal we ordered. All because of no gas in the kitchen and have to wait for the technician to arrive. Then need to wait for another 15mins for the new meal to be cooked. Secret recipe should be prepared for an alternative way for this kind of situation and not make the customer wait. If we were informed at least after 5mins we placed the order, then it would not be so bad? But only after 30mins, it is totally unacceptable.

Family friendly restaurant. They have some kids meals. The Mac and cheese kids meal was quite good but the rest of the food is so-so only. Chicken chop was tender and tasty but nothing too fantastic or memorable. I think their cakes and coffee are probably better than their mains. The good thing about this Secret Recipe outlet is that they have a Hokkaido Cheese Tart inside the restaurant.

I went to SR tebrau ni on 16th nov 2024 around 7pm plus to 8pm. So yeah order chicken parmigiana and the herbs butter fish. The fish was to much butter and too salty. And please look at the quality of the parmigiana chicken. The chese was only melt using microwave. And didnt even melt ! The first time waiter took out the food, and i ask the waiter to help me melt the cheese more. Then they said the dont have the burner or even oven to melt it. They only used microwave . So i ask they melt it anyway. Then the second time they bring out the chicken. Its still the same. Oh SR, please take care of ur quality please .

Bought this from grab, normally mee mamak one of my fav food at secret recipe but this time it really dissappointed me. Idk why the taste and colour totally different from what i remembered. Normally i eat it at secret recipe midvalley southkey it taste delicious . This one really a big no for me. Would be my first and last order from aeon branch

The salmon and the chicken was overcooked. And the taste most slightly flat and no taste at all. Disappointed. Hope can change your chef to a better one. This is the 1st secret recipe i was experiencing this. Thanks the other all outlet was great. Thanks sorry for being honest.

Ordered shrimp aglio olio and macaroni cheese. The aglio olio is on the bland side and the pasta is too soft. Macaroni cheese tasted great but it was way too oily. (Refer to the first pic for the oil pic) One of the waiter treated us like transparent. We were waiting to be seated. He walked pass us twice. He made eye contact with us yet he just continued doing his own thing.

Food not good. Having headaches and nausea after eating. Long waited but the food is cold when served. Fish and sambal belacan doesn’t taste fresh. Food in picture are far difference from food yang diserve.

Not the first time here. Before it was pretty good hence the revisit. But this time round it was quite disappointing. Food was overcooked. Fish was salty.
