"Super terrible service from the staff. I had already chosen the fragrance I wanted and intended to just go in the shop and buy it straight away. The staff saw me, and I just asked a simple question: if there were any other sizes available. She just answered "No" and walked away, standing far away even though there were no other customers in the shop. So, I just walked out of the shop and went to buy it somewhere else. Congratulations on losing this business and continuing your lousy service."

Yesterday, I went to Aeon Terbau Sasa to buy a gift. Before I could even look around, a staff member asked me what I was looking for. I told her I wanted to look first. Less than a minute later, she asked again what I was looking for. When I took a product and asked her about it, she seemed very upset. It was a Chinese staff member with long hair. Bad experience. 👎👎👎 Please don't look down on people.
