The prawn is not fresh, taste scarry, fish cake very soft like didn't defrost it properly I will never go this place again. I told them that fish cake didn't cook well and they still said is cook.

Food here are all delicious 😋. It’s pretty similar to the ones in Thailand. If you have any dietary restrictions, please inform the staff and they will cater to your needs. Staff (especially Puan Sha, Staff Atul and the rest of the staff)

Sanook Kitchen – ION Tebrau, Johor Bahru This was my first time dining at Sanook Kitchen, as other restaurants in the mall were crowded and my 70-year-old aunty decided she wanted Thai food.

Went for lunch during the weekend. It was quite packed during lunch hour but still manageable to get a seat. They mainly serve Thai food, the dishes were okay, nothing particularly special. Prices are reasonable and the service was good.

The food is really delicious and the prices are super reasonable for the big portions we got. We arrived during peak hour, so it was a bit busy, but totally accept it. We will come again next time.

Craving some Thai food, I decided to come here for lunch. To be honest, the taste was just okay, a bit so-so. I had higher expectations, so it was slightly disappointing. They might need to improve both the flavour and the plating to make the dishes more appealing.

Honestly quite taken aback by the deteriorating state of their menu. Sanook charges 18% service charge + GST. Surely they can set aside budget to replace the blursed menu.

Tonight I had a flavorful escape at the Sanook Kitchen here at the Aeon Tebrau shopping complex. Tucked inside Aeon Tebrau, Sanook Kitchen delivers a delightful Thai-inspired experience that hits all the right notes. I ordered the Minced Basil Chicken, Seafood Glass Noodle Salad, a side of rice, and a fresh iced lemongrass drink, and every bite was a joy. The Minced Basil Chicken was fragrant, savory, and perfectly spiced & the portion was generous without being overwhelming, and the basil added a lovely herbal lift. The Seafood Glass Noodle Salad was a refreshing contrast, zesty, tangy, and packed with seafood goodness. The glass noodles had just the right bounce, and the flavors danced beautifully on my palate. The Iced Lemongrass Drink was Crisp, cooling, and aromatic. It was the perfect companion to the meal, especially here in the tropical heat of Malaysia. The Service was Warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. The staff made the experience feel personal and relaxed. Whether you're craving bold flavors or just a satisfying meal with great vibes, I can highly recommend this eatery as it is a tasty little gem worth revisiting.
