Just got a new Fold 5 from them and the service was amazing! Charles was very helpful. He really knew his stuff and helped me answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with my purchase before I left. Bad experience. Went there at 7pm 30th September to buy s24FE. No staff around initially, then a guy came wearing urban republic uniform(store beside) who doesn’t seem to know anything about the product,or the promo. And when we are about.
