Was craving for Coffee Bun, arrived here around 8pm on a Friday night, only 1 person ahead of me. Pretty disappointed that Buttermilk Buns are sold out. Rotiboy will do! These buns are both crisp and sweet on the outside, yet soft and fluffy underneath it with a salty buttery core. AND ITS STILL WARM

The bread wass good but the staff is super rude ! Asked nicely how long do i have to wait and she replied rudely without looking at me. All she said was “roti kena tunggu 30 min” while looking at the escalator behind me. The management needs to train the staff more properly after this. The girl with a spect, please have more manners after this.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Rotiboy Bakery. When I first joined the queue, I was informed that my order would be ready by 7 o’clock. However, after waiting patiently and reaching my turn to order, I was then told that my order wouldn’t be ready until 8 o’clock. This inconsistency in communication is unacceptable and very frustrating.
The lack of clear and accurate information from the staff significantly affected my plans for the evening. I hope the management takes steps to improve their service and ensure that customers are given accurate wait times in the future.

Delicious bread but service s****. Was never treated politely even when I ask politely about availability of rotiboy. What should customers be at the mercy of the rude staffs when customers approach the shop politely? This guy in the picture was extremely rude. Ask twice about availability and he never answer. Then threw the lollipop he was eating in his mouth into the dustbin to show his frustration to me? I owe you your wages? Or? Simply rude.

being visit this branch today 30/3..u should know when your store gonna bz coming iftar..should be prepare extra to bake..now need to be waited 30-40 mnit..no common sense sia..

22.5.2024 morning shift at around 12:00pm.
Aeon Tebrau City JB- This Malay skinny guy (not racist) working is super rude, got my order wrongly, when I returned to change, he shouted at me said I’m the one who wrong bla bla. SUPER UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE, happily bought rotiboy and shopping but mood was spoil by him.
Did rotiboy provide a proper customer service to the customer? If he is really not in the mood to work or whatever, please just stay at home but not shouting at the customer. sincerely hope that rotiboy can solve this issue, why am I get scolded just because he got my order wrong.
SUPER SUPER DISAPPOINTED AND UPSET.

The cashier’s /staff attitude and behavior need to be improved. While Rotiboy is tasty, customers are left to deal with your unprofessional attitude, as if they own the shop. Moreover, management should work on increasing the order capacity, as customers are forced to wait too long.

My friend ordered 15 buns and initially the cashier heard wrongly and thought it was 50 buns but we corrected her that it was 15. Thereafter, she said the amount to be paid for 15 buns(RM40++) but ended up collecting the amount for 5 buns. There was a waiting time of 30mins for the buns. When it was time for collection, they said that my friend ordered 5 buns only. And I said no and recounted about the cashier hearing it as 50 instead of 15 but she then told my friend we had to wait another 50mins for the other 10 buns that apparently was their fault on missing it out. Didn't even try to do any service recovery because of their mistake which was ridiculous and the attitude was so bad
