5 times visited this branch to buy Roti. always same excuses, finish, Need to wait 45 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes. Super Annoying. Got 1 time I was in the Q about 15 Minutes,When come to my turn, the Staff told me wait 1 Hours. LOL This system really bad for Business.

Great food but terriblly slow in serving customers. Always asking customers to wait for product. Esp during weekends, staff needs to anticipate the crowds… but they just don’t care. They block up the views to the stall and God knows what’s.

15 Nov 2025 3pm Delicious bread with exterior flavour crust. I got Roti Boy with Soya milk for RM5.60. Very recommended. Line quite long but worth a try. Service speed is fair.

Tried Roti Boy at AEON Mall in JB — absolutely delicious! Crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy inside, and freshly baked straight from the oven. The aroma alone is irresistible! A must-try for all bread lovers!

Bought 5 roti boy today and found the nose pad from eyeglasses. This is very concerning and unacceptable in terms of hygiene and food safety. Please improve your quality control.

Yesterday I come around 12.13pm, The bread wass good but the staff is super rude! Asked nicely how long do I have to wait and she replied rudely without looking at me. All she said was "roti kena tunggu 12.30pm" siap beratur berKalikali.

I buy roti boy,I am customer when I give the receipt to employee to ask my bread done already or not,but the employee is very rude no see my receipt and told me need to wait. After I wait another 20-30minutes,I ask another staff my bread.

Such a big company cannot use paywave, touchngo got problem. What kind of service is this? The staff was super rude also. The payment was down so we had to take cash so they passed the bread to the next customer and when we were back in.

I went few times to this shop but couldn't buy always need to wait to buy the food and staff are seems like too slow... purchase few more ovens and it's not a good business strategies to wait people at your shop.... I would suggest better go pappa roti or roti boy learn business from pappa roti.
