The presentation seems like delicious and tasty but the chocolate ice cream taste like cheap one and got so many cornflakes inside. Spoil mood to eat. And the bread also not nice at all

One of my favourite desserts to get in Malaysia always tasty with the like a cinnamon roll bun with cereal inside I got the bisscof and the peanut with honey both were great which compliments the soft serve.

Fast service, delicious combination of churros, soft serve and cornflakes! Something new other then always llao llao… Give it a try! Lotus biscoff is the best!

Nice cold dessert on a hot day! Fresh ice cream and toppings and the rollney taste like cinnabons and quite filling

You only had 1 staff & she took forever to complete my 1 ORDER!! She even got it wrong 3 times until eventually got right when i pointed out what i actually ordered.

Found one of the staff using the same glove for cleaning and washing the tools, then using the same gloves to touch the bread for slip in to stick and take out from the roll stick, kindly be improve for the hygieness for the workers. Thank you

Bad experienced! Super late! Diff with genting branch!!!! Staff super rude! Eating ice cream in front of customer!

we waited half an hour just for the frappe which can be done less than 10 minutes the workers alot and less customer still late please improve your customer service
